At TCL Ceramics Limited, we strive to provide you with the best quality products. However, if for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, we offer a hassle-free return and exchange policy. You can initiate a return or exchange within 7 days of receiving your order. The product must be in its original condition and packaging. Once we receive and inspect the product, we will initiate a refund or exchange as per your request. Shipping costs for returns and exchanges will be borne by the customer.
